2021年6月にCGC（コーポレートガバナンス・コード）が改訂され、知的財産に関する情報開示等の項目が補充原則に追記され、CGCを補足する「知財・無形資産の投資・活用戦略の開示及びガバナンスに関するガイドライン」が公表され、企業の知財情報の開示が進んでいます。

Relationship between IP Disclosure and Stock Prices
 
　The Corporate Governance Code (CGC) was revised in June 2021, and items such as disclosure of information on intellectual property were added to the Supplemental Principles and the "Guidelines for Disclosure and Governance of Strategies for Investment and Use of Intellectual Property and Intangible Assets" was published to supplement the CGC, and corporate IP information disclosure is progressing.
Based on the results of a survey on IP information disclosure conducted by the IP Governance Study Group's consulting and other subcommittees, patent attorney Seiji Takano analyzed the relationship between the degree of information disclosure and changes in stock prices, and published the results in a report titled "Relationship between IP Information Disclosure and Stock Prices.
