特許から認証試験不正を見る視点

「業績と特許から見たダイハツ不正、利益のじり貧と独自技術開発のプレッシャー」という日経クロステックに掲載された三浦毅司氏（日本知財総合研究所 代表取締役、日本知財総合研究所 証券アナリスト）の指摘は、その通りだと思いました。
ただ、プレッシャーが相当きついとしても、こういう不正を起こすべきではないし、それを理由に独自の研究開発を大きく後退させてはいけないのではないかと思います。

Perspective on Examining Certification Test Irregularities from Patents
 
I found the observation by Takashi Miura, published in Nikkei Cross Tech under the title 'Irregularities at Daihatsu from the perspective of performance and patents, the pressure of dwindling profits and proprietary technology development,' to be accurate. Mr. Miura is the CEO of the Japan Intellectual Property Comprehensive Research Institute and a securities analyst at the same institute.
 
However, even if the pressure is considerable, I believe that resorting to such irregularities is not justifiable. Moreover, one should not let it become a reason to significantly hinder proprietary research and development.
