全29回の予定で、6月21日に（20）オプジーボ、6月24日に（23）特許係争、が掲載されました。
「小野薬品との交渉は、京都大学にいた大手製薬会社出身の知財担当者にすべてを任せた。今振り返ると、この判断によって、10年以上もたった後に、小野薬品との係争に発展してしまったように思う。」という記述からもわかるように、契約担当者の責任は大きいと言わざるを得ないでしょう。

Tasuku Honjo, Director of the Center for Cancer Immunotherapy and Immunobiology at Kyoto University, has his "My Personal History" series currently being published in the Nikkei newspaper. The series is planned to run for 29 parts, with (20) Opdivo published on June 21 and (23) Patent Dispute published on June 24.
As mentioned in the text, "I entrusted all negotiations with Ono Pharmaceutical to an intellectual property manager who had come from a major pharmaceutical company and was at Kyoto University. Looking back now, I think this decision led to the dispute with Ono Pharmaceutical more than 10 years later," it is inevitable to say that the responsibility of the contract manager is significant.
