生成AIを追加した「DX推進スキル標準」の改訂

情報処理推進機構（IPA）は、2022年12月に公開した「デジタルスキル標準（DSS）」のうち、「DX推進スキル標準」に生成AIに関する改訂などを行い、バージョン1.2として7月8日に公開しました。
生成AIの活用や提供を踏まえた「補記」は、下記の項目が各1ページで説明されています。
１，生成AIの特性
２，生成AIを含む新技術への向き合い方・行動の起こし方
３，生成AIに対するアクション：基本的な考え方
４，生成AIに対するアクション：詳細定義
５，個人として業務において生成AIを活用する例
６，（ビジネス・業務プロセスの）生成AI製品・サービスを開発、提供する際の行動例
 
生成AIにより、よりDXが推進されることが期待されていますが、やはり鍵は人材、リスキリングでしょう。

Revision of the "DX Promotion Skill Standards" with the Addition of Generative AI
 
The Information-Technology Promotion Agency (IPA) has revised the "Digital Skill Standards (DSS)" published in December 2022, specifically the "DX Promotion Skill Standards," to include generative AI. This revised version, 1.2, was released on July 8th.
The "supplementary notes" considering the utilization and provision of generative AI explain the following items, each on one page:

1. Characteristics of Generative AI
2. Approaches and actions towards new technologies, including generative AI
3. Actions regarding Generative AI: Basic Concepts
4. Actions regarding Generative AI: Detailed Definitions
5. Examples of utilizing Generative AI in individual work
6. Examples of actions when developing and providing generative AI products/services (in business and work processes)

While it is expected that generative AI will further promote DX, the key will still be personnel and reskilling.
