アントレプレナーシップ教育の一環として行う知財教育

4月18日に、特許庁産業財産権制度問題調査研究「令和6年度研究テーマ」（8テーマ）の報告書が公表されました。
いずれも興味深い報告書ですが、「アントレプレナーシップ教育の一環として行う知財教育の実施等に関する調査研究報告書」では、大学及び大学院の学生向けに、知財教育をアントレプレナーシップ教育の一環として行う手法について検討・類型化し、その一環として実施できる教材を作成することを目的に、公開情報調査、ヒアリング調査、教材作成して、実証演習を3大学で行っています。
大学及び大学院の学生向けのアントレプレナーシップ教育の中に知財教育の要素を取り入れて実践していくという試みですが、企業での教育にも応用できそうです。

Intellectual Property Education Conducted as Part of Entrepreneurship Education
 
On 18 April, the Japan Patent Office released eight reports under its FY 2024 “Studies on Issues in the Industrial Property Rights System.” Among them, the Survey and Research Report on Implementing Intellectual Property Education as Part of Entrepreneurship Education investigates and classifies approaches for delivering intellectual property (IP) instruction to university and graduate-school students within the framework of entrepreneurship education.
The project aimed to (1) survey publicly available information, (2) conduct interviews, (3) develop teaching materials that can be used in this context, and (4) carry out pilot exercises at three universities to validate the materials.
This initiative explores how IP-related content can be woven into entrepreneurship programs for students, and the findings suggest the methods could also be adapted for corporate training.
