自律型ＡＩサービス

富士通が、指示をしなくても業務を実行する自律型のＡＩサービス（ビデオ会議の会話から必要な業務データを推測しほかのＡＩに指示して議論に役立ちそうな資料などを自動作成する）を10月23日から始めるということです。「対話型ＡＩ」が、指示を受けて文章や画像を生成するのに対し、「自律型ＡＩ」は必要な業務を自ら見つけるということです。
また、セールスフォース（Salesforce）が10月30日から、営業やマーケティングを支援する自律型ＡＩ（「Agentforce」）を日本で提供するという。セールスフォースは「予測するAI」を第一の波、「生成AI」を第二の波、「自律的なエージェントAI」を第三の波と説明しています。
マイクロソフトも、企業向けAIプラットフォーム「Copilot Studio」に、自律型AIエージェントを作成する機能を追加すると発表しました。業務に合わせて自律型機能を構築できるサービスで、「OpenAI o1」シリーズを含む最新の生成AIモデルが使われており、11月から提供されるとのことです。

Fujitsu is set to launch an autonomous AI service on October 23, which can perform tasks without needing explicit instructions. The AI service can infer necessary business data from conversations in video conferences and instruct other AI to automatically generate materials, such as documents that may be useful for discussions. Unlike "conversational AI," which generates text or images based on instructions, "autonomous AI" identifies necessary tasks on its own.
Furthermore, Salesforce will start offering an autonomous AI service called "Agentforce" in Japan from October 30, aimed at supporting sales and marketing. Salesforce describes the "first wave" as predictive AI, the "second wave" as generative AI, and the "third wave" as autonomous agent AI.
Microsoft also announced that it would add a feature to create autonomous AI agents to its enterprise AI platform, "Copilot Studio." This service will allow the development of autonomous functions tailored to specific tasks and will utilize the latest generative AI models, including the "OpenAI o1" series, starting in November.
