日本は生成AIの業務活用において主要各国に先行 PwC調査

PwCが2023年10月から11月にかけて実施した第27回世界CEO意識調査（世界105カ国・地域の4,702名のCEO、うち日本のCEOは179名）では、生成AIの業務活用において日本は主要各国に先行して活用が進んでいるが、過度な期待はないという結果だったということです。
また、日本の「ヘルスケア・病院・医薬・医療機器」「自動車」「重工業・産業機械・家電」の業界において世界全体と比べて生成AI活用が盛んであり、これらの背景には、DX化の遅れ等の社会課題や業界独自ルールの存在、また翻訳作業やデザイン・設計・開発工程での活用など、生成AIの明確なユースケースの存在がドライバーとなっている可能性が示されたということです。
日本企業の生成AI活用がさらに進むことは間違いないでしょう。
