５．アセアン知財のまとめ
​ 1. アセアンにおいて海外からの投資が高まっている。
アセアンで知財保護と言えば、引き続き、「模倣品対策」が中心になる。現地で「商標権」を取得することは必須。

• ミャンマーでは、初めて商標法が施行され、商標が早い者勝ちな状態。)

デッドコピー商品の取締まりに対して、今後「意匠権」の取得も必要に。
２．ジェトロ、の・セミナーが充実している。ジェトロの「相談業務」や「現地での活動支援」を利用すべき。
現地代理人・ジェトロ知財所員とは顔見知りになっておきたい。日本企業同士のコネクションも重要（成功事例の共有）。
３．日本の知財制度にはない制度、異なる制度には気を付ける。
（第国出願義務、医薬用途発明・コンピュータ発明の取り扱いなど）
４．知財制度の改正・更新のスピードが速い。最新情報を得られる環境を作っておきたい。 現地代理人選びも重要（知財経験など）。

5. Summary of ASEAN IP
1) Foreign investment is increasing in ASEAN.
When it comes to IP protection in ASEAN, the focus will continue to be on “anti-counterfeiting. Obtaining “trademark rights” locally is essential.

2) JETRO and WIPO's websites and seminars are well developed. We should make use of JETRO's “consultation services” and “support for local activities.

3) Be aware of systems that do not exist or are different from the Japanese IP system.
(Obligation to file an application in the first country, handling of inventions for pharmaceutical use and computer inventions, etc.) 4.
4) The IP system is being revised and updated at a rapid pace. It is important to create an environment in which you can obtain the latest information. It is also important to select a local agent (IP experience, etc.).
