読売新聞とNTTが生成AIのあり方に関する共同提言を発表

読売新聞とNTTが、「生成AIのあり方に関する共同提言」を3月８日発表しました。
2023年秋から生成AIのガバナンスのあるべき姿について検討を始め、人間は生成AIの規律と活用を両立する方策を、技術・制度双方の観点から実現する必要があるとして、今後、①メディアや産業界が中心となった規律と共同規制の導入、②実効性のある技術の確立と普及、③法改正への取組、といった段階を踏むことが必要と提言しています。
法改正の動きが現実のものになりそうです。

The Yomiuri Shimbun and NTT released "Joint Proposal on the State of Generative AI" on March 8.
The proposal calls for (1) the introduction of discipline and joint regulation led by the media and industry, (2) the establishment and dissemination of effective technology, and (3) efforts to revise the law.
