生成AIの急速な進化に伴い、企業の知的財産部門における業務プロセスは根本的な変革期を迎えています。特に2025年後半以降、単なる「チャット型AI」の利用から、自律的にタスクを遂行する「AIエージェント」の導入へとフェーズが移行しつつあります。
生成AIに、株式会社MIXIにおけるAIエージェントの先進的な活用事例を軸に、島津製作所など国内外の主要企業の取り組みを比較分析させました。なお、生成AIによる調査・分析結果は、公開された情報からだけの分析であり、必ずしも実情を示したものではないこと、誤った情報も含まれていることについてはご留意されたうえで、ご参照ください。

A Comparative Analysis of AI Agent Utilization in Corporate Intellectual Property Departments
With the rapid advancement of generative AI, business processes within corporate intellectual property (IP) departments are undergoing a fundamental transformation. Particularly since the latter half of 2025, there has been a shift from the use of simple “chat-based AI” to the adoption of “AI agents” capable of autonomously executing tasks.
Using generative AI, I conducted a comparative analysis of advanced AI agent use cases, centering on the pioneering initiatives at MIXI, alongside efforts by major domestic and international companies such as Shimadzu Corporation.
