人工知能の発展におけるLLM層とアプリケーション層の役割

OpenAIが示した人工知能の発展の5つのレベルについて、LLM（大規模言語モデル）層とアプリケーション層の果たす役割を含めて、Deep Researcchに詳細に説明してもらいました。さらに、レベル３（AI Agent）段階とされている「Genspark」、「Manus」、「OpenAIのOperator」、OpenAIのDeep Research」におけるLLM層とアプリケーション層の役割を説明してもらいました。

『OpenAIは、人工知能が人間の能力を超える「汎用人工知能（AGI）」に到達するまでの道筋を示すものとして人工知能の発展を5つのレベルに分類し、その進捗を追跡するシステムを開発しました。
レベル1：チャットボット（Chatbots）
最初のレベルは、現在広く使われている会話型AI、つまりチャットボットです。これらのAIは基本的な対話や情報提供を行う能力があります。例えば、カスタマーサポートのチャットボットがこれに該当します。
レベル2：推論者（Reasoners）
レベル2は「推論者」と呼ばれ、人間レベルの問題解決能力を持つAIを指します。例えば、博士号を持つ人間と同等の問題解決タスクをツールなしでこなすことができるAIです。
レベル3：エージェント（Agents）
レベル3の「エージェント」は、ユーザーのために数日間行動を起こすことができるシステムです。これにより、特定のタスクを自律的に遂行することが可能となります。
レベル4：イノベーター（Innovators）
次に、レベル4の「イノベーター」は、新しい発明やアイデアを創出する能力を持つAIです。研究開発やクリエイティブなプロジェクトでの応用が期待されます。
レベル5：組織（Organizations）
最も高度なレベル5は「組織」で、これはAIが組織全体の仕事を行うことができる能力を持つことを意味します。企業の運営や管理業務を自動化し、全体的な効率を大幅に向上させることが可能です。』

The Roles of the LLM Layer and the Application Layer in the Development of Artificial Intelligence

Level 1: Chatbots

Level 4: Innovators
At Level 4, "Innovators" are AI systems that possess the ability to create new inventions or ideas. They are expected to be applied in research and development or creative projects.
Level 5: Organizations
The highest level, Level 5, is termed "Organizations." These are AI systems that can perform the functions of entire organizations, automating business operations and management tasks to significantly enhance overall efficiency.
