iPS関連特許での裁定請求を審議の教授が語っていること

iPS細胞関連特許を使用したいと、国に「裁定」を求めた裁定請求が和解で解決しました。裁定請求を審議した北海道大学の中山一郎教授（知的財産法）が語っている記事が掲載されています。
「いろいろ議論しましたが、発明部会の議論は非公開で、具体的内容について話すことはできません。・・・今回の議論を今後に生かすために、議論のエッセンスだけでも、一般論として、あるいは何らかの形で公表することを検討してもよいのではないかと思います。」ということで、公表されることを期待しています。

An article has been published featuring statements by Professor Ichiro Nakayama from Hokkaido University (Intellectual Property Law), who reviewed an arbitration request to use iPS cell-related patents that was resolved through settlement.
"We had various discussions, but the deliberations of the Invention Committee are not public, so I cannot talk about the specific details... To make use of this discussion in the future, it might be worth considering publishing at least the essence of the discussion, as a general theory or in some form," he stated, expressing hope for the publication of the deliberations.
