強化推論モード「Gemini Deep Think」登場

Googleは2025年8⽉1⽇、Geminiアプリの最上位プラン「Google AI Ultra」(⽉額36,800円)向けに、強化推論モード「Deep Think」の提供を開始しました。これは、今年の国際数学オリンピック (IMO) で金メダルを獲得したモデルのバリエーションで、より高速になっているにもかかわらず社内評価では銅メダルレベルの性能を達成しているようです。
「Gemini Deep Think」について、生成AIに深掘りさせました。

Enhanced Reasoning Mode “Gemini Deep Think” Launched
On August 1, 2025, Google launched an enhanced reasoning mode called “Deep Think” for its top-tier Gemini app plan, “Google AI Ultra” (¥36,800/month). This mode is a variant of the model that won a gold medal at this year’s International Mathematical Olympiad (IMO), and despite offering faster performance, it reportedly achieves bronze medal–level performance in internal evaluations.
