2026年4月21日、OpenAIは「ChatGPT Images 2.0（基盤モデル：gpt-image-2）」をリリースしました。Googleの最新画像生成モデル「Nano Banana 2（正式名称：Gemini 3.1 Flash Image）」と比較すると、知財実務においてマーケティング素材や標準的なクリアランス調査用の比較画像を高速に量産する場合は「Nano Banana 2」が適しており、特許明細書用の複雑な概念図の作成や、意匠出願に向けたプロンプトベースでの微細なデザイン調整が必要な場合は「ChatGPT Images 2.0」がより強力なツールとして機能するようです。
