生成AIの急速な発展に伴い、知的財産分野でも汎用LLM(ChatGPT、Claude、Gemini等)の活用が広がっています。しかし、特許実務には独特の文書構造、法的要件、膨大な先行技術データベースへのアクセスが求められ、汎用AIで対応する場合には、かなりの工夫が必要であり、AIに関する十分な知識がなければ対応できないことが多くなっています。 2025年から2026年にかけて、特許業務に特化した生成AI活用ツールが続々と登場し、機能競争が一気に加速しました。AI Samurai ONE、AI Ninja、Tokkyo.Ai、Patentfield、Summaria、Patsnap Eureka、VALUENEX、Smart-IP appia-engine、AcclaimIP(Anaqua)、AQX(Anaqua)、Amplified AI、Genzo AI、THE調査力AIなど、各社が月単位で大型アップデートを重ねており、AIに関する十分な知識がなくとも特許実務に活用できるようになってきました。生成AIであれば1ID当り月数千円ですが、特許特化型生成AI活用ツールではワンオーダー高くなり月数万円以上となりますが、それ以上の価値があると思っています。 そこで、「特許特化型生成AI活用ツール」として生成AIがピックアップした13ツールの最新機能を横断的に比較した一覧表(2026年4月4日更新版)を基礎資料とし、企業知財部門・特許事務所が自組織の知財活動にどのようにこれらのツールを導入・活用すべきかを、業務フェーズごとに整理した実務ガイドを作成しました。(「特許特化型生成AI活用ツール」というふんわりとした定義で13ツールを選定させましたので、生成AIを活用している有力なツールが含まれていなかったりしていますが、ご容赦ください。) 生成AIを特許業務に活用しようとされて苦労されている方々のご参考になれば幸いです。 Comparative Analysis of Patent-Specialized Generative AI Tools With the rapid advancement of generative AI, the use of general-purpose large language models (LLMs) such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini has been expanding in the field of intellectual property. However, patent practice requires handling unique document structures, strict legal requirements, and access to vast prior art databases. As a result, effectively using general-purpose AI often demands significant ingenuity and a high level of AI expertise, making it difficult for many practitioners. From the latter half of 2025 through 2026, a wave of generative AI tools specialized for patent practice has emerged, rapidly intensifying functional competition in this space. Tools such as AI Samurai ONE, AI Ninja, Tokkyo.Ai, Patentfield, Summaria, Patsnap Eureka, VALUENEX, Smart-IP appia-engine, AcclaimIP (Anaqua), AQX (Anaqua), Amplified AI, Genzo AI, and THE Chosaryoku AI have been undergoing major updates on a monthly basis. As a result, these tools are increasingly enabling users to apply AI to patent practice without requiring deep technical knowledge of AI. While general-purpose generative AI tools may cost only a few thousand yen per user per month, patent-specialized generative AI tools are typically an order of magnitude more expensive, often exceeding tens of thousands of yen per month. Nevertheless, they are considered to provide value that justifies this higher cost. Based on a comparative table (updated April 4, 2026) of the latest features of 13 tools identified by generative AI as “patent-specialized generative AI tools,” this practical guide organizes how corporate IP departments and patent firms should introduce and utilize these tools within their organizations, structured by each phase of patent-related operations. (Please note that the selection of these 13 tools is based on a somewhat broad and flexible definition of “patent-specialized generative AI tools,” and some notable tools utilizing generative AI may not be included.
