生成AIに関する研究と特許出願の状況

EU、イノベーションと特許の格差を強調「EU共同研究センター（JRC）の新しい報告書によると、ヨーロッパは生成AI研究（世界の論文の21%）でリードしているものの、特許出願では後れを取っている（EU内でのシェアはわずか7%、中国は60%、米国は12%）」という記事は、EUについて述べていますが、同じように見たときに、日本はどうなっているか気になりましたので、生成AIに状況を調査させてみました。

Research and Patent Application Status of Generative AI
An article titled "EU Highlights the Innovation-Patent Gap" reports that "according to a new report by the EU Joint Research Centre (JRC), while Europe is leading in generative AI research (accounting for 21% of global academic papers), it is falling behind in patent applications (only a 7% share within the EU, compared to China’s 60% and the U.S.’s 12%)."
This article focuses on the EU, but it made me wonder about Japan’s situation in comparison. Therefore, I had generative AI investigate the current status in Japan.
