新聞協会：生成AIにおける報道コンテンツの保護に関する声明

6月4日、一般社団法人日本新聞協会は「生成AIにおける報道コンテンツの保護に関する声明」を発表しました。＜AI事業者はrobots.txtを順守すべき＞、＜robots.txtの実効性確保を＞、＜報道コンテンツの保護に向けた総合的な対応を求める＞の3つが柱となっています。

On June 4 2025, the Japan Newspaper Publishers & Editors Association (JNP&EA) issued a “Statement on the Protection of News Content in Generative AI.”
The statement rests on three main pillars:

AI providers must comply with robots.txt.
The effectiveness of robots.txt must be ensured.
Comprehensive measures are required to protect news content.
