関西知的財産セミナー「AIと知財」

12月20日行われた「関西知的財産セミナー」（主催：大阪工業大学 知的財産学部・知的財産研究科）の「AIと知財」と題する知的財産戦略推進事務局参事官 白鳥綱重氏の講演をWEBで視聴しました。
「AI時代における知的財産権検討会」でのAIと知財の関係についての検討結果がは本年5月に「中間とりまとめ」として公表され、11月には「AI時代の知的財産権検討会　中間とりまとめの概要」と「AI時代の知的財産権検討会　中間とりまとめの手引き（権利者向け）」が公表されています。講演では、「中間とりまとめ」が示す考え方の紹介がされました。
若干新しい内容も含まれていましたが、内容の転送などは禁じられているため、ほとんど同じ資料が掲載されている３つの資料を下記に示すにとどめます。

Kansai Intellectual Property Seminar: "AI and Intellectual Property"
 
I watched the online broadcast of the lecture titled "AI and Intellectual Property," delivered by Mr. Tsunashige Shiratori, Counselor at the Intellectual Property Strategy Promotion Office, during the "Kansai Intellectual Property Seminar" held on December 20 (organized by the Faculty of Intellectual Property and the Graduate School of Intellectual Property at Osaka Institute of Technology).
The results of discussions on the relationship between AI and intellectual property, conducted by the "Study Group on Intellectual Property Rights in the AI Era," were published as an "Interim Report" in May of this year. In November, two additional documents were released: "Overview of the Interim Report by the Study Group on Intellectual Property Rights in the AI Era" and "Guide to the Interim Report by the Study Group on Intellectual Property Rights in the AI Era (For Rights Holders)."
During the lecture, the concepts presented in the "Interim Report" were introduced.
Although some new content was included, redistribution of the material is prohibited. Therefore, I will only list below the three documents, which contain almost identical content to the lecture.
