生成AIが日本企業の営業組織・プロセスにもたらす変革は、見込み客の獲得から商談、成約後のフォローアップに至るまで、全フェーズに及んでいて、従来の営業活動が「個人の経験と勘」に基づく属人的な労働集約型モデルであったのに対し、生成AIの実装後は「データ駆動型の自律的プロセス」へとその姿を変えつつあります。 生成AIが日本企業の営業組織・プロセスにもたらす変革について、生成AIに現状を調査させました。さらに、報告結果をNotebookLMでインフォグラフィック、スライド資料にさせました。 なお、生成AIによる調査・分析結果は、公開された情報からだけの分析であり、必ずしも実情を示したものではないこと、誤った情報も含まれていることについてはご留意されたうえで、ご参照ください。 生成AIは日本の営業組織を変えるのか https://amptalk.co.jp/nextenablers/media/report/genai Transformation Brought by Generative AI to the Sales Organizations and Processes of Japanese Companies The transformation that generative AI is bringing to the sales organizations and processes of Japanese companies spans all phases, from lead generation to sales negotiations and post-deal follow-up. Traditional sales activities were largely labor-intensive and highly individualized, relying on personal experience and intuition. With the implementation of generative AI, however, these activities are increasingly evolving into data-driven, autonomous processes. To examine how generative AI is transforming the sales organizations and processes of Japanese companies, I tasked generative AI with investigating the current state of affairs. Furthermore, the findings were converted into infographics and presentation slides using NotebookLM.
