『世界で最もＡＩを開発・活用しやすい国』を目指す人工知能戦略本部

2025年９月１日に『ＡＩ（人工知能）法』が全面施行されました。この法律の下で、９月１２日、第１回人工知能戦略本部が開催されました。
政府一丸となって『世界で最もＡＩを開発・活用しやすい国』を目指し、国家戦略として、省庁横断的に、ＡＩによるイノベーションを本格的に推進していくため、４つの基本的な方針で、『人工知能基本計画』の策定を開始。
　第一の柱は、『ＡＩを使う』
　第二の柱は、『ＡＩを創る』
　第三の柱は、『ＡＩの信頼性を高める』
　最後の柱は、『ＡＩと協働する』
日本は、『ＡＩを使う』ところで、出遅れており、市場形成ができず、『ＡＩを創る』ところでも、圧倒的に出遅れています。この状況を変えることができるような基本計画の策定を期待したいですね。

The Headquarters for Artificial Intelligence Strategy Aiming to Become “the World’s Most AI-Friendly Country”
On September 1, 2025, the AI (Artificial Intelligence) Act came fully into force. Under this new law, the first meeting of the Headquarters for Artificial Intelligence Strategy was held on September 12.
With the entire government united, Japan has begun formulating the Basic Plan on Artificial Intelligence as a national strategy to comprehensively promote innovation through AI across ministries and agencies, guided by four fundamental pillars:

Using AI
Creating AI
Enhancing the reliability of AI
Collaborating with AI

Japan has lagged significantly in the field of “Using AI,” where no solid market has yet been formed, and even more so in “Creating AI.” I hope that the forthcoming Basic Plan will be designed to reverse this situation.
