PwCコンサルティングは、2025年6月20日、「生成AIの将来技術動向〜2035年への生成AI技術変化を見据え、今、日本企業がなすべきこと」と題したレポートを発表しました。
生成AIモデル自体のさらなる精度向上、AIエージェントの普及、フィジカルAIの誕生により、企業の在り方も、従来のヒトが主体の企業からAIエージェントが主体となり、多様な役割を自律的に担うことで、企業運営の効率化・高度化にとどまらず、抜本的な企業改革が進むという予測です。

Companies Will Shift from Human-Centric to AI Agent-Centric Models
On June 20, 2025, PwC Consulting released a report titled “Future Technology Trends of Generative AI – What Japanese Companies Should Do Now in Anticipation of Technological Changes Toward 2035.”
The report predicts that with further improvements in the accuracy of generative AI models, the widespread adoption of AI agents, and the emergence of physical AI, the very nature of companies will transform. Specifically, companies will shift from being human-centric organizations to ones centered around AI agents, which will autonomously take on diverse roles. This shift is expected to not only enhance operational efficiency and sophistication but also drive fundamental corporate transformation.
