2025年の欧州における知的財産実務は、特許明細書の作成や先行技術調査の効率化にAIが深く浸透している一方で2024年成立のEU AI法やGDPR（一般データ保護規則）に基づき、学習データの透明性確保や機密保持、著作権保護といった厳格なコンプライアンスが実務家に課されています。
欧州知財実務における生成AIの利用の最新の動向を、生成AIに調査させました。
さらに、報告結果をNotebookLMでインフォグラフィック、スライド資料にさせました。

Use of Generative AI in European IP Practice
In 2025, generative AI has become deeply embedded in intellectual property practice in Europe, particularly in improving the efficiency of patent specification drafting and prior-art searches. At the same time, practitioners are subject to strict compliance requirements based on the EU AI Act enacted in 2024 and the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation), including obligations related to transparency of training data, confidentiality, and copyright protection.
I asked generative AI to investigate the latest trends in the use of generative AI in European IP practice.
Furthermore, the findings were converted into infographics and presentation slides using NotebookLM.
