知財業務の判断プロセスを可視化する人材育成支援AI

リーガルテック株式会社は2026年3月23日、知財AIプラットフォーム「Tokkyo.Ai」に、ベテラン担当者の思考プロセスを可視化し、次世代の知財人材育成を支援する新機能「AIエージェント」を追加したことを発表しました。この機能は、特許の検索、評価、出願判断といった一連の業務における専門家の「暗黙知」をデータとして構造化し、組織内で再現・共有可能にすることを目的としています。
この新機能は、判断の「プロセス」そのものをデータ化するというアプローチで、従来のOJTに頼った育成モデルから、組織として知識を継承・発展させる「再現可能な育成基盤」への転換を促すものとして注目されますので、生成ＡＩに深掘りさせました。なお、生成AIによる調査・分析結果は、公開された情報からだけの分析であり、必ずしも実情を示したものではないこと、誤った情報も含まれていることについてはご留意されたうえで、ご参照ください。

AI for Human Resource Development that Visualizes Decision-Making Processes in IP Operations
On March 23, 2026, LegalTech Co., Ltd. announced that it has added a new feature, an “AI Agent,” to its IP AI platform Tokkyo.Ai. This feature visualizes the thought processes of experienced professionals and supports the development of next-generation IP talent.
The function aims to structure experts’ “tacit knowledge” as data across a series of tasks such as patent search, evaluation, and filing decisions, making it reproducible and shareable within an organization.
By taking an approach that digitizes the decision-making “process” itself, this new feature is drawing attention as a shift away from conventional OJT-dependent training models toward a “reproducible development infrastructure” that enables organizations to systematically inherit and evolve knowledge.
