生成AI法規制に関する自民党の動き

自民党デジタル社会推進本部の下にあるAIプロジェクトチーム（座長・平将明氏）が有識者を交えてAI推進基本法（仮）の土台となる法案を作成するとの報道がありました。
生成AIの開発や活用に関するルールを整備し、違反時には罰則を設けることで偽情報の拡散や権利侵害を防ぐことで、先行する米欧などと足並みをそろえるようです。
この動きはしっかりウォッチすべきでしょう。

Movement of the Liberal Democratic Party on AI Regulation
 
There have been reports that the AI Project Team under the Liberal Democratic Party's Promotion Headquarters for the Digital Society, led by Mr. Masaaki Taira, is working with experts to draft a bill that will form the basis for a Basic Law on AI Promotion (tentative name).
The aim is to establish rules for the development and utilization of generative AI, and to prevent the spread of false information and infringement of rights by imposing penalties for violations, thereby aligning with the initiatives in the US and Europe.
This movement is something that should be closely monitored.
