コンテンツ産業関連、AI搭載ロボット産業関連のブリヂストン出願特許について、生成AIに調査させました。生成AIは、特許データベースを持っていないので、特許調査に生成AIは使うべきでないと思っていますが、日本特許庁のデータベースにはアクセスできていないようですが、Google Patentsなどにアクセスして結構良い調査結果を出すようになってきています。まだ全面的に信頼するには至っていませんが。

I instructed generative AI to investigate patent applications filed by Bridgestone related to the content industry and the AI-equipped robot industry. While generative AI does not possess its own patent database and therefore is generally not recommended for conducting patent searches, it has begun to produce fairly good results by accessing publicly available databases such as Google Patents—even though it appears not to have access to the Japan Patent Office’s official database. That said, it is still not yet reliable enough to be fully trusted.
Attached are the research results from Gemini (Google), ChatGPT (OpenAI), Perplexity, and Felo AI, as well as prior art search results generated by a GPT-based generative AI. Please note that the findings from these generative AI tools are based solely on publicly available information and may not reflect actual conditions. They may also contain inaccuracies, so please review them with caution.
