生成AIに関する2024年の見通し

デロイトトーマツが報道関係者向けに開催したオンラインセミナー「生成AIのルール形成の潮流および官公庁における活用事例」の内容紹介がアップされています。
日本を含めた各国における生成AI活用の動向、ソフトローを中心にした日本のAI事業者ガイドライン策定の動向、官公庁での生成AI活用の動向、生成AIに関する2024年の見通しを紹介しています。
デロイトでは、日本企業における生成AIに関連する活用・新規事業創出は以下の4種類のパターンで整理していて、今年は(2)と(3)の領域での事例が出てくると、推測しています。
(1)全社導入      ChatGPTなどをユーザーとして活用する。
(2)業務システム連携      APIを使い自社システムに組み込み、新規サービスを生み出す。
(3)顧客対応進化      音声対話版の生成AIを導入して顧客価値を創出する。
(4)独自LLM開発      特定ドメインにおけるLLMを開発し、R&D(研究開発)や新規事業に活用する。

Outlook on Generative AI for 2024
 
Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu has posted an introduction to the content of an online seminar for media representatives titled 'Trends in the Rule Formation of Generative AI and Case Studies of Its Use in Government Agencies'.
It introduces trends in the use of generative AI in various countries including Japan, trends in the formulation of guidelines for AI businesses in Japan focused on soft law, trends in the use of generative AI in government agencies, and the outlook for generative AI in 2024.
Deloitte has organized the use and creation of new businesses related to generative AI by Japanese companies into the following four patterns and speculates that this year will see cases in areas (2) and (3):
(1) Company-wide Implementation
Utilizing tools like ChatGPT as a user.
(2) Business System Integration
Creating new services by integrating with in-house systems using APIs.
(3) Evolution of Customer Engagement
Introducing voice interactive generative AI to create customer value.
(4) Development of Proprietary LLM
Developing Large Language Models (LLMs) for specific domains and utilizing them in R&D (Research and Development) and new business ventures.
