2026年4月21日に開催された内閣府知的財産戦略本部「AI時代の知的財産権検討会（第11回）」に続き、4月23日に「AI時代の知的財産権検討会（第12回）は」が行われました。「パブリックコメントで寄せられた主な意見」、「一般社団法人日本書籍出版協会・一般社団法人日本雑誌協会・一般社団法人デジタル出版者連盟提出資料」、「一般社団法人日本民間放送連盟提出資料」、「一般社団法人日本レコード協会・国際レコード・ビデオ製作者連盟（IFPI）提出資料」、「一般社団法人電子情報技術産業協会提出資料【非公開】」の説明が行われました。
