清水建設　自社特許技術を社外に開放

清水建設は、建設産業全体の技術の底上げに寄与するため、自社で特許を保有する200件超の建設関連技術を社外に開放し、低額の費用で実施許諾を付与する取り組みを開始しました。開放対象の特許技術は、8月1日からコーポレートサイト上で公開し、想定ライセンシーの事業形態別に分類したうえで特許項目、実施許諾条件（年間実施料）等を掲示しています。清水建設は、この取り組みを通じて特許技術の相互利用を建設業界に促し、技術開発への重複投資の抑制、効率的かつ先進的な技術開発の促進に寄与していく考えとのことです。
