8月29日、令和8年度特許特別会計概算要求が公表されました。
『無形資産の重要性が⾼まる中、イノベーション創出・稼ぐ⼒向上のためには、知財を戦略的に経営に活⽤していくことが重要。このため、特許庁が引き続き世界最速・最⾼品質の審査を提供するため、⽣成AIを活⽤しつつ、必要な体制確保やシステム整備に取り組む。・・・・』
と生成AIの活用が記載されていました。
この令和8年度特許特別会計概算要求について、生成AIに深掘りさせました。

On August 29, the budget request for the FY2026 Patent Special Account was released.
