While many companies are struggling with this transition, we posed the question to generative AI. Although some suggestions were insightful and others questionable, we share them here for your reference.
 
Identify and organize the key issues involved in transitioning patent searchers to IP analysts.
Propose strategies for transitioning patent searchers to IP analysts, considering the main issues identified.
Incorporate a timeline into the proposed strategies.
Highlight anticipated challenges and countermeasures associated with implementing the proposed strategies.
Provide examples of both successful and unsuccessful cases related to efforts in transitioning patent searchers to IP analysts.
 
 
I also tried a method of preparing three optimal personas to have a discussion on the same theme in order to have a balanced discussion. It turned out to be quite an interesting discussion.
