特許出願非公開制度の施行

特許出願非公開制度は，令和6年5月1日に施行され，施行日以後に行う特許出願に対して適用されることになっており、特許庁の周知活動も最終盤に入っているようです。特許研究、No.77（2024／3）に、「特許出願非公開制度の概要について」が掲載されています。
非公開出願は、多くとも200件/年と推定されています。
各企業では出願に当たって、今一度本制度を確認しておいた方が良いかもしれません。

Implementation of the Patent Application Non- Disclosure System
 
The Patent Application Non- Disclosure System is to be implemented on May 1, Reiwa 6 (2024), and will be applied to patent applications made on or after the implementation date. It seems that the Japan Patent Office's awareness activities are in their final phase. In Patent Research, No. 77 (March 2024), there is an article titled ' Outline of the System for Non-Disclosure of Selected Patent Applications.'
The number of undisclosed applications is estimated to be at most 200 per year.
It may be a good idea for each company to check this system once again before filing an application.
