急増しているソフトバンク孫氏発明特許出願分析

ソフトバンクループの孫正義氏（会長兼社長）を発明者とする特許の公開件数が急増しています。日本出願でみると、5月末までに135件が公開されており、国際公開でみると、5月末までに33件が公開されています。
G08G1「車両の交通制御システム」を筆頭に、「車両の運動制御システム」に関連するB60W30、B60W40、B60W60、及び「イメージ・ビデオの分析や認識」に関連するG06T7、G06V10といった領域への出願が目立っています。
孫氏は生成AI（ChatGPT）との「対話」を通じてこれらの発明を考案し出願したとされており、生成AIを活用することで人間だけでは思い至らないようなアイデアを創出できる可能性があること、未来を想像してその未来を先取りするアイデアを出願する戦略では生成AIが優秀なパートナーになり得ることを実証しているのかもしれません。

The number of patents published with Masayoshi Son, Chairman and President of SoftBank Group, as the inventor is rapidly increasing. As of the end of May, 135 patent applications have been published in Japan, and 33 have been published internationally.
 
Notable areas of application include G08G1 "Traffic Control Systems for Vehicles," B60W30, B60W40, B60W60 "Vehicle Motion Control Systems," and G06T7, G06V10 "Image and Video Analysis and Recognition."
 
It is said that Son conceived these inventions through "dialogues" with generative AI (such as ChatGPT), demonstrating that generative AI can create ideas that humans alone might not think of. This also suggests that generative AI can be an excellent partner in devising ideas that anticipate the future and strategically filing patents for those ideas.
