「令和７年度意匠出願動向調査報告書－マクロ調査－令和８年３月」は、世界55の国・機関における意匠出願動向の現状と変化を網羅的に分析したものです。
報告書は日米欧中韓の主要5庁における最新の登録統計を網羅しており、特に中国の圧倒的なシェアと米国の急増という対照的な状況を明らかにしています。また、単なる数字の推移にとどまらず、ハーグ協定を活用した国際出願の現状や、デザインを経営戦略の核に据えるグローバル企業の動向についても深く掘り下げています。さらに、専門家や企業へのヒアリングを通じて、権利範囲の不透明さや出願コストの重さといった実務上の課題も鮮明に描かれています。
