東京大学知的財産戦略の分析と新戦略の提案

東京⼤学が世界トップレベルのイノベーション創出拠点として⾶躍するための新たな知財戦略を生成AIに提案してもらいました。ここから「壁打ち」によって、戦略を練り上げるところが重要なのですが、多くの方々が生成AIによるDeep Research結果を見て、それを「使い物にならない」と判断しているのが残念です。生成AIが利用できていない当該組織や技術などの秘密情報を与えたうえで生成AIとの「壁打ち」によって、生成AIの能力をトコトン引き出すと違った世界が見えてきます。
Gemini(Google), ChatGPT(OpenAI), Perplexity, Felo AI, Claude のDeep Research機能による調査結果を添付しています。生成AIの調査分析は公開された情報からだけの分析であり、必ずしも実情を示したものではないこと、誤った情報も含まれていることについてはご留意されたうえで、ご参照ください。
 
 
Analysis of the University of Tokyo’s Intellectual Property Strategy and Proposal for a New Strategy
I asked generative AI to propose a new intellectual property (IP) strategy for the University of Tokyo, aiming to help the university leap forward as a world-leading hub for innovation. While it is critical to refine the strategy through “wall-hitting” (iterative brainstorming and critique), it is regrettable that many people dismiss the Deep Research results from generative AI as “useless” at first glance. If we provide generative AI with confidential information on the organization or technologies that cannot be utilized by the AI itself, and then engage in “wall-hitting” with the AI, we can fully draw out its capabilities and see a different world emerge.
I have attached the Deep Research results produced by generative AI platforms—Gemini (Google), ChatGPT (OpenAI), Perplexity, and Felo AI. Please note that the analysis and insights generated by AI are based solely on publicly available information, and may not accurately reflect the actual situation; they may also contain inaccuracies.
