令和５年税関における知的財産侵害物品差止 大阪税関では過去最高

財務省は、３月８日、令和５年の全国の税関における偽ブランド品などの知的財産侵害物品の差止状況をまとめ公表しました。高水準で推移しており、大阪税関では過去最高とのこと。やはり中国からのものが多いようです。
全体では、輸入差止件数が３年ぶりに３万件超え輸入差止件数は31,666件で、前年と比べて17.5％増加し、高水準で推移しています。輸入差止点数は1,056,245点で、前年と比べて19.7％増加。
地域別の輸入差止件数では、中国が全体の79.8％（25,271件）を占め、引き続き高水準で推移。
品目別では、使用又は摂取することにより、健康や安全を脅かす危険性のある、煙草及び喫煙用具、医薬品、浄水器用カートリッジなどの家庭用雑貨、電気製品などの輸入差止めが続いているようです。煙草及び喫煙用具の輸入差止点数は317,764点で、前年と比べて約５倍に増加。

Record High Injunctions of Intellectual Property Infringing Goods at Customs in 2023 at Osaka Customs
 
On March 8, 2023, the Ministry of Finance (MOF) released a report on the status of seizures of counterfeit brand goods and other intellectual property infringing goods at customs offices nationwide. The number of cases remained at a high level, with Osaka Customs reporting a record high. It seems that many of the products are from China.
Overall, the number of import detentions exceeded 30,000 for the first time in three years, and the number of import detentions totaled 31,666, up 17.5% from the previous year and continuing to remain at a high level. The number of import detained items totaled 1,056,245, a 19.7% increase over the previous year.
By region, China accounted for 79.8% (25,271 cases) of the total, remaining at a high level.
By category, imports of cigarettes and smoking paraphernalia, medicines, household sundries such as water purifier cartridges, and electrical products that pose a risk to health or safety when used or ingested continue to be subject to import suspensions. The number of items stopped for importation of cigarettes and smoking paraphernalia totaled 317,764, an increase of approximately five times compared to the previous year.
