5月8日開催された谷 和紘 弁理士の「第３回　クレーム作成勉強会」のセミナー、アーカイブで視聴しましたが、勉強になりました。
事前にテーマが与えられ、5人の方がクレーム作成し、谷弁理士が添削コメントしています。谷弁理士自身が作成したクレーム案の説明もあります。
同一テーマでもいろいろなアプローチがあり、コメントも興味深く、こうした議論が重要だなあと改めて感じました。

Claims Drafting Study Session
 
I watched the archived video of Patent Attorney Kazuhiro Tani's "Third Claim Drafting Study Session" seminar held on May 8, and found it informative.
The theme of the seminar was given in advance, and five participants drafted their own claims, which Patent Attorney Tani corrected and commented on. There is also an explanation of the draft claims prepared by Patent Attorney Tani himself.
There were many different approaches to the same theme, and the comments were interesting, reminding me once again of the importance of such discussions.
