（P.78）・・・国連統計委員会が 2025 年に採択した国民経済計算の新しい国際基準（2025SNA）においても、前回基準である 2008SNA の採択以降、経済のデジタル化が大きく進展したことを受け、データを固定資本として記録することとされた。
上記の通り、データの経済価値の高まりを受け、国内外様々な場で、データ利活用に関連する動きが進展している。こうした動きを踏まえつつ、知財戦略の下でも、従前進めている知財・無形資産の価値化と投資促進にあたっては、研究開発費・知的財産等に加えてデータについても企業価値の源泉として把握・管理していくことを促していくとともに、今般策定した新戦略においても、戦略領域の１つとして、データに係るルール形成の推進を図っていくこととする。
