国際知財司法シンポジウム2025

10月23日と24日、「国際知財司法シンポジウム2025 知財紛争解決の潮流～知財高裁20周年の節目に～」が行われました。
講演「知財高裁・知財行政の20年の歩み」は、「知財高裁の２０年の歩み」、「特許行政の20年の歩み」がコンパクトにまとめられていました。資料のダウンロードができますので、ざっと眺めるだけでもよくわかります。
４つのパネルディスカッション「知財分野の国際的動向、知財分野の専門裁判所が果たす役割」、「知的財産権侵害への対策に関する各国の経験の共有」、「各国・地域の審判関連の知財行政」、「激動する時代とこれからの知財司法」は、欧米及びアジア諸国の裁判官及び審判官等の実務家によるもので、資料だけでも参考になります。

International Symposium on Intellectual Property Judicature 2025
On October 23 and 24, the International Symposium on Intellectual Property Judicature 2025: Trends in IP Dispute Resolution — Marking the 20th Anniversary of the IP High Court was held.
The lecture titled “Twenty Years of the IP High Court and IP Administration” provided a concise overview of both “The 20-Year Journey of the IP High Court” and “The 20-Year Journey of Patent Administration.” The related materials are available for download, and even a quick look gives a clear understanding of the contents.
The four panel discussions — “International Trends in the IP Field and the Role of Specialized IP Courts,” “Sharing National Experiences in Combating IP Infringement,” “IP Administration and Trials in Different Countries and Regions,” and “IP Judicature in a Time of Great Change and Its Future” — featured practitioners such as judges and trial examiners from Europe, the United States, and various Asian countries. The presentation materials alone are highly informative.
