知的財産推進計画２０２４策定に向けた「構想委員会（第４回）」

5月24日「構想委員会（第４回）」が開かれ、「知的財産推進計画2024」（案）、「新たなクールジャパン戦略」（案）などが議論されました。
構想委員会は、知的財産戦略本部令の規定に基づき、「知的財産戦略ビジョン」に掲げた「価値デザイン社会」の実現のために必要な中長期の方向性及び具体的な施策を構想するとともに、各種施策の実施状況の検証・評価を行い、その実効を確保するために必要な措置を検討するための有識者会議で、現在は、渡部俊也 東京大学 未来ビジョン研究センター教授が座長です。
知的財産推進計画２０２４策定に向けて、委員から活発な意見が出されていました。「知的財産推進計画2024」の策定に向けた意見募集の結果、提出された3,106件の意見のうち、約9割が「AI」に関するものであったということで、ＡＩ戦略会議での議論などもしっかり反映されたものであってほしいと思います。

"Planning Committee (4th Meeting)" for the Formulation of the Intellectual Property Promotion Plan 2024
On May 24, the "Planning Committee (4th Meeting)" was held, during which the "Intellectual Property Promotion Plan 2024 (Draft)" and the "New Cool Japan Strategy (Draft)" were discussed.
 
The Planning Committee is an expert meeting established under the provisions of the Intellectual Property Strategy Headquarters Ordinance. Its purpose is to conceptualize the medium- to long-term direction and specific measures necessary to realize the "Value Design Society" outlined in the "Intellectual Property Strategy Vision," and to verify and evaluate the implementation status of various measures, considering the necessary actions to ensure their effectiveness. Currently, Professor Toshiya Watanabe from the University of Tokyo's Future Vision Research Center is serving as the chairperson.
 
In preparation for the formulation of the Intellectual Property Promotion Plan 2024, the committee members actively exchanged opinions. As a result of soliciting opinions for the formulation of the "Intellectual Property Promotion Plan 2024," approximately 90% of the 3,106 opinions submitted were related to "AI," indicating a strong desire for the discussions in the AI Strategy Conference to be thoroughly reflected.
